To prepare the Osteomelet with French peas recipe, please follow these instructions:
French peas:
Boil the onions in water with salt for about 4 minutes. Add the peas and boil them for 1 min. Pour the water off and add butter.
Cheese Omelet:
Whip egg and milk together. Let the butter golden in a pan and pour the egg mixture on. Spread the cheese into the egg yolk and raise the omelette by steady heat, push lightly around the forehead while the egg yolk stiffens for about 3 minutes. Grate the salad leaves roughly and turn them down into the peas. Give the French peas a boil. Let half of the omelet slip on a dish. Place the French peas and fold the rest of the omelet over.
