1packageOreos-ca. 15 PCs
1dlSugar
3cupsPasteurized egg yolk (yolks from 6 eggs)
3cupsPasteurized egg whites
3tspVanilla powder
5dlCream

To prepare the Oreo Ice Cream Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

BUND: - Whip whites completely rigid
- Beat the baking soda in
- Turn the finely chopped Oreo into the mass
- Pour the mass into a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Put the bottom in the freezer so that it can cool - it's best if it's "semi-frozen" before pouring the ice.

IS: - Whip egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar to a viscous egg yolk
- Whip the cream to whipped cream
- Mix the two masses

tips:
It is super delicious with some chopped chocolate in both bottom and ice, possibly. Chocolate with mint. Orange juice is also very good and gives a fresh and summery flavor.
