Torn shell of 1 orange | ||

1 | dl | Orange juice |
1/4 | tsp | Citric acid |
1/4 | l | Water |
2 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
2 | dl | Cold water |
20 | leaves | Isinglass |
Instructions for Orange Pork (Fruit Pork)
To prepare the Orange Pork (Fruit Pork) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Husblasen soaked 2 min. in 2 dl of cold water.
Sugar, 1/4 liters of water and citric acid is poured into a pot and made snug 15 min., the sugar is melted. Bed sheet brought to the boil.
Husblasen with the water melted in sugar brine and boil in this 20 minutes over low heat.
Once that is off, add orange zest and juice.
