To prepare the Orange Mousses II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Egg yolks whipped with sugar and grated sppelsinskal. Isinglass soaked in cold water, put krammes hard up and melts in a little of the heated orange juice and afsvaler with the rest of the juice and pour in the egg yolks together with the whipped cream and the stiftpiskede egg whites.
