To prepare the Orange Koldskål recipe, please follow these instructions:

Water, sugar and grated orange peel are boiled for approx. 5 min. Sift into another saucepan, add the wine and heat it up and smooth with floured corn. Boil through, add the juice and orange boats without skin. The soup cools completely and is served very coldly decorated with whipped cream peaks.
