10dlWater + oksebouillon cube or 1 ds. beef broth + 1 l water
100gGrated Emmenthal cheese
2Egg yolks
20gButter
4tbspOlive oil

Instructions for Onion soup for viderekomne

To prepare the Onion soup for viderekomne recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the onions in narrow boats and brown them well in olive oil in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Add the brown sugar and let it karamellisere a little.

Add water and bouillon cube, thyme, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Let the soup boil at low heat for 20 min.

Take the bay leaf and thyme up. Then remove the onions with a slotted spoon and blend them. Beat the egg yolks with sherry and the grated cheese and got it in the Blender together with løgpuréen. Pour it back into the Pan and warm it up-it must not boil.
Season to taste.
