Ingredients for Ole's herring salad
1 | tsp | Curry, mild |
1 | tbsp | Mayonnaise |
1 | Red onion | |
1 | tsp | Mustard |
10 | slices | Pickled beetroot |
2 | Apples | |
2 | Pickled gherkins | |
225 | g | Krosild (or pickled) |
300 | g | Skyr |
4 | tbsp | Beetroot juice (from the glass with Pickled beets) |
Instructions for Ole's herring salad
To prepare the Ole's herring salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir Skyr, mayonnaise and red-bed juice together with mustard and curry
Cut apple, onions, beetroot and cucumber into small pieces
Lay the silt fillets along and cut them through, then cut across so the pieces are about 1x1 cm (or the size you think fit)
Then mix it all together and style it in the fridge, preferably at least one day.
tips:
Served with smiling eggs, and maybe if it's Saturday or a holiday, a nice cold snaps to ;-)
