400 | g | Noodles |
500 | g | Chicken minced 5% |
8 | dl | Coconut milk, great canned |
Instructions for Noodles with chicken and coconut
To prepare the Noodles with chicken and coconut recipe, please follow these instructions:
Risnudlerne soak in warm water for 15 minutes and baste well.
Boil the coconut milk into a large saucepan. Add the minced garlic, chopped onion and chicken. Turn down the heat and let simmer for 5 minutes until chicken is cooked.
Stir in fish sauce, and brown sugar in tamarindsauce and cook up. Add noodles, bean sprouts and sliced spring onions and let simmer on low heat in 1-2 minutes, the liquid is much reduced.
Serve with a dusting of chopped chili and lemon both.
