To prepare the Mussel salad with mangold recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the beans to soak overnight and boil them until tender, covered, about 1 hour, with all the spices added, the water is poured away and the beans are cool. Chop the onion and mix the vegetables and mangold with the cooked white beans and the contents of a can of clams, where væden is poured away. Stir the marinade of oil, vinegar and cream together. Pour dressing over and let it soak a bit, before the course is served with baguette or dark rye bread.
