Lemon juice. freshly squeezed
Wheat flour
Pepper
Salt

1dlVegetable broth
1tbspButter
100gShrimp shucked, boiled
1000gPotatoes
2dlWhipped cream
250gMushrooms
600gPlaice fillet

Instructions for Mushroom-filled plaice

To prepare the Mushroom-filled plaice recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sprinkle the fillets with salt & let them sleep cool, while grønsagerner is prepared.
