To prepare the Mujadara (lentils with bulgur) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the lentils in water for they become slightly soft. Add the bulguren and stir lightly. Put the lid on and turn down the heat. Boil for approximately 10 min. the onion cut into rings and fried on a frying pan in olive oil. Lentils and bulgur is poured onto a plate and the onion is added on top. Eaten warm with a salad.
