Instructions for Mother's super lamb chill
To prepare the Mother's super lamb chill recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean the lamb cows for any tendons. Sprinkle 9 holes in each lamb chop evenly over the entire club. Open the cut a little with your fingers.
Crush half of the sage and basil with 2 cloves of garlic and 2 teaspoons of salt in a mortar. Add lemon juice, 4 tablespoons olive oil the rest of the sage, basil and the coarse rosemary.
Take the other 6 cloves of garlic and divide each fat into 3 so you get 18 pieces.
The mixture from the mortar is distributed into the 9 holes in each lamb. Then you will get 1/3 clove of garlic in each hole.
In the end, push the pancetta or pharma ham into the holes.
Grease a frying pan with oil and place the dishes on it. Step them at 180 degrees.
