1 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
1 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
1.5 | tbsp | Coffee ready made |
100 | g | Perfect fit |
2 | tsp | Cinnamon |
2.5 | dl | Buttermilk |
200 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Perfect strew |
50 | g | Sugar |
75 | g | Fromage frais |
Instructions for Low-fat cinnamon cake
To prepare the Low-fat cinnamon cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fromage frais and sugar stir well together. Sweetener, flour, cinnamon and soda are mixed and sifted in alternately with buttermilk. The dough is stirred tilden is smooth.
Pour into a greased springform (ca. 24 cm) and bake at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for about 30 mins. at next-lower Groove. The cake is cooled.
The ingredients for the glaze is stirred together and distributed on the cooled cake. Can be served with fromage frais up with sweetener and vanilla sugar.
Tips:
The cake may be frozen.
