Instructions for Lamb freezer with white wine sauce (microwave)

To prepare the Lamb freezer with white wine sauce (microwave) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the carrots and cut them in about 5 cm long slanted slices. Cut the meat into large cubes. Put them in a spacious bowl of carrots, onion, lemon peel and white wine. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the water by and microwave the dish covered for about 9 minutes at 900 W or until it cooks Microwave then it is covered for about 24 minutes at 440 W. Add the peas and microwaves for a further 3 minutes.

Bring the butter to the sauce in a bowl and microwave it covered for about 45 seconds at 900W or until it is melted. Use a round-bottomed microwave oven glass bowl to match the amount of sauce. A rounded glass bowl is easy to whip and you can keep an eye on whether the sauce starts to boil over. Add the flour and stir until it is soaked by the butter.

Microwave 30 seconds. Say the soup from the meat and feed it. Whip the sauce through and microwave until it boils. Microwave for 4 more minutes. Whip the sauce through half past the time. Keep in mind that the sauce does not boil over. Season with salt and pepper. Whip the egg yolk with the cream and whip it in the sauce.

Pour the sauce over the meat and serve new potatoes.

If you do not like lemon flavor, the cracked lemon shale can be omitted. Instead, sprinkle the finished dish with chopped fresh coriander or parsley.

If you want to boil the new potatoes in the microwave, 500 scraps of equal potatoes, 1 dl of water, but no salt, and the microwave are covered for 7 minutes. Let them rest for 5 minutes and notice if the potatoes are tender.
