All ingredients are weighed into a bowl and kneaded together into a uniform dough. If it feels a little too soft, a little flour can be added.
The dough is divided into 2-3 parts and then rolled into 5 cm diameter bars.
The dough is put in the freezer until it is reasonably firm.
The dough is cut into thin slices, approx. 3 mm.
