5dlOrganic buttermilk
5dlWater
50gYeast
50gButter

Instructions for Kristian's good gærbrød

To prepare the Kristian's good gærbrød recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Pour the water in. Getting both parts into a mixing bowl. Add the buttermilk. Dissolve the yeast and salt. Add the different types of flour. Knead well.
