1 | tbsp | Good curry |
1 | tsp | Coarse salt |
1 | tsp | Groftkværnet black pepper |
1 | cup | Coconut milk |
1 | tsp | Sugar |
10 | Bamboo skewers | |
100 | g | Shelled peanuts (without salt!) |
2 | tbsp | Hot chilli paste |
5 | clove | Garlic |
500 | g | Nothing more than pork. (like Neck Fillet) |
Instructions for Kebabs with peanut sauce
To prepare the Kebabs with peanut sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Inserts svinekøddet into strips of approx. 1 cm x 5 cm. mix køddet with coconut milk, curry powder, garlic, salt and pepper. Let it lie and pull in about 2 hours. Connector pieces of meat at bambusspydene. Turn up the grill. Peanut sauce: Tørrist ground nuts until they are hard and lightly golden. Crush them in a mortar.
