To prepare the Kalkunschnitzel with avocado recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sauce provencale made with blender:

Kalkunschnitzel: Schnitzlerne bankers, if necessary, light with a meat hammer. Put a plastic bag over the schnitzels when knocking the meat hammer. This prevents the meat from breaking down during the banking. If they are already beaten flat when you buy them, it is not necessary to do it again.

Put a pan on the stove with rapeseed oil. When it is ready, the brune schnitzels are on both sides for approx. 1 minute on each side. The step time depends on the thickness and it is important that they have only been completed precisely - otherwise they become dry. The Schnitzler's are cramped when they feel firm and tight when lightly pressed with a finger. Remember to season with salt and freshly squeezed pepper.

Place the Schnitzler on a frying pan, coated with baking paper or directly in an oven-proof serving dish. The Schnitzels are poured with a little tomato sauce - just as the surface is covered. The avocados are peeled, divided in the middle and the stone removed. The avocados are cut into slices and laid on top of the schnitzel. After this, the fried cheese is sprinkled with cheese, after taste and pleasure, but please, so the schnitzel is covered. The frying pan / dish with the schnitzels is put in the alm. Oven at 250 degrees C for approx. 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

Orientation:
Put the pasta in a suitable bowl and stir with a little bit of oil or butter to avoid clumping into a big lump. The Schnitzlerne may be decorated. With a sprig of fresh basil and the sauce is served in a saucepan next door.
