To prepare the Indian yogurt chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Slice the rump and wings from chicken, lift up the skin from the flesh and peel it of all the way around. Discard the skin. Share the chicken into 8 pieces. Mix the marinade of yogurt, onion, ginger, spices and oil. Put chicken pieces in, so they are covered by the marinade. Tires with carpaccio, and style them in the refrigerator for 4-8 hours. Rinse the rice, ready the onion in the oil, and turn the whole spices in. Add rice and stir. Pour the water or broth, and Cook, covered, over low heat for 15 minutes, turn off during rice and let them pull a further 15 min. under a lid.
