2 | dl | Sugar |
20 | Marie biscuits (the base can even be made) | |
200 | g | Dark chocolate or desire chocolate |
3 | Pasteurized egg whites |
Instructions for Homemade cream puffs
To prepare the Homemade cream puffs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add vinegar, sugar and oatmeal. Whip for the mass is chewy and sugar no longer crunching. Came the filling in a freezer bag with a hole in the bottom tip.
The filling is shaped like a conch shell on the crackers. The crackers with stuffing baked on a baking tray with baking paper in a regular oven for 5 min at 150 degrees. Then cools the cream buns.
