½ | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |

1 | tbsp | Canola oil (optional) |
1 | dl | The juice of a lemon or an orange or a mixture |
1 | dl | Skimmed milk |
1 | tsp | Vanilla |
150 | g | Raspberry |
150 | g | Cane sugar |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
200 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Hinbær muffins
To prepare the Hinbær muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eggs, sugar, vanilla, fruit juice and milk, beat well together in a bowl. Flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda mix in another bowl. The two mixtures together and reversed the berries turned into.
The dough is filled into the molds, which are lubricated well, or are equipped with paper molds. If only used paper molds, 2 molds inside one another.
