A dish is covered with staniol lubricated with a little oil. The fish is laid down and covered with pepper and spices the lemon is squeezed over the fish. Close with staniol and put in the oven, preheated to approx. 200 degrees. The fish is finished after approx. 20 - 25 min. Serve with rice and flutes and a good bottle of white wine.
