Instructions for Gyros with pork
To prepare the Gyros with pork recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rice is adjusted according to the instructions of the bag.
Onions are peeled and cut into thin half-rings. The onions are switched in a little oil on a pan until they are soft. Add pork and squeezed garlic. Leave the meat to stand and finish.
Cut the peppers into quarters and then thin strips. The squash is cut into the tern.
When the meat is cooked, add peppers, peppers and squash. Let it stand and fry a little. Then add the fraish, the rest of the spices and salt. The court stands and simmer until the rises are finished.
The dish can be eaten as it is, otherwise you can serve salad and coarse bread.
tips:
You can extend the recipe and add just the vegetables you want. If you want more "sauce" then you can add extra fraishe. You can use other rice varieties than brown rice. I use them for the reason that I want more fibers and not just carbohydrates. However, I do not like wild rice, which contains even more fibers, but is an alternative to those who can.
