12 | large | Grønskalsmuslinger or 24 steamed mussels |
2 | tsp | Olive oil |
30 | g | Bread crumb |
4 | tsp | Flat-leaf parsley, chopped |
4 | tsp | Parmesan, freshly grated |
Instructions for Grilled mussels
To prepare the Grilled mussels recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the mussels in an ovenproof dish. Crumble the breadcrumbs fine. Stir breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley and garlic together. Spread the mixture over the mussels, sprinkle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the mussels in the oven until the filling is light brown. Serve the mussels immediately with lemon boats.
