1 | tbsp | Pesto or oil |
1 | tsp | Grated lemon rind |
2 | tbsp | Parsley, chopped |
300 | g | Turkey snitsel |
4 | Sun-dried tomatoes into small cubes | |
500 | g | Aubergines |

To prepare the Grilled aubergine rolls with turkey recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut eggplant into 8 slices along. The grill slices for the aubergines are soft and have begun to color. Brush them on one side with oil or pesto. Cut the turkey slices along lengthwise slices so that there are 8 slices in total. Bank them if necessary. Slightly out so they are shaped like the auberine eels. Season with salt, pepper, lemon peel and finely chopped garlic. Put a slice of meat on each greased eggplant sole. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and sun-dried tomatoes and roll the eggplants on meat and filling. Attach them with a toothpick. Grill the eggplant rolls for approx. 15 min. Under frequent reversal. Serve them with new potatoes and a tomato salad or grilled vegetables.
