Instructions for Green pepper sauce
To prepare the Green pepper sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel grains, drain and set aside. Meat (of your choice) pested, picked up, packed and kept warm. Pour broth into the roast pan on the forehead. Bring in a boil for low heat with stirring; Add cream and pepper corn. Boiled 2 min. Under constant stirring. Add cognac and boil for another 1 min. Taken from the heat and served.
Served for pan-fried or grilled steaks or pan-fried chicken breast fillets.
