To prepare the Green Asparagus Soup 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring or cut the stabbing end of the green asparagus. Cut the heads off and save them, cut the rods into smaller pieces. Chop the onions well and season them briefly in butter
Together with the asparagus pieces in a saucepan. Pour the wine and broth and simmer for low heat for about 20 minutes, then mix the soup with the chopped parsley. Now put the soup through a sieve, pour the soup back into the pan and gently heat it up to the boiling point during stirring. Stir maizena into the cream with a fork and add the leaf to the soup together with the raw asparagus heads, and simmer for 3-4 minutes with low heat. Season with salt, pepper and lime lemon juice.
Shake the nigellafroes on a dry hot forehead and serve them in a small bowl as an accessory to sprinkle the soup. Gentle flute or other kind of bread can be recommended. Enjoy the refreshments
