50 | g | Grated cheese, mozzarella 45 + |

500 | g | Beef, chopped roughly 16% fat |
70 | g | Tomato puree. concentrated |
750 | g | Potatoes |
Instructions for Greek mousaka
To prepare the Greek mousaka recipe, please follow these instructions:
Arrow and chop onions. Switch them. Bring the meat, add it, add garlic, tomato paste, salt, pepper, sugar and rosemary. Simmer for 5 min. Taste like
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Spread half of the potato slices at the bottom of a greased ovenproof dish. Put the meat mixture on, cover with the rest of the potatoes.
Whip egg and milk together. Pour it over. Sprinkle cheese on.
Put in a 180 degree C. alm. Oven for 45 min.
Served with green salad and flutes.
