Ingredients for Grass carrots with cardamom
100 | g | Pitted dates, chopped |
1¼ | dl | Brown sugar |
1½ | tsp | Baking soda |
1½ | tsp | Ground cardamom |
125 | g | Butter (softened) |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tbsp | Light syrup |
200 | g | Cold, cooked pumpkin, mashed |
3 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Grass carrots with cardamom
To prepare the Grass carrots with cardamom recipe, please follow these instructions:
The oven is preheated to 180 degrees C. Alm. oven. A deep edge shape (20 cm) is lubricated. Bring all the ingredients in a large bowl and whip them together with hand muffs on the steps. Set the speed up to step 2 and whip for another 2 min, electricity. Until the dough is smooth and has changed color.
The dough comes in the mold, the surface is smoothed with a spatula and the cake is baked for 40 minutes, or does not hang anything on a griddle that sticks into the center of the cake.
Set aside for 5 minutes before turning on a grate for cooling. Powdered with flour or covered with icing.
For example, 1 pumpkin bread (1100-1200 g): use approx. 300 g boiled / hand-warmed, mashed pumpkin. The kernels can be used to sprinkle upstairs.
