100 | g | Raisins |
125 | g | Butter or margarine |
2 | tsp | Cardamom |
2.5 | Strøget TSP. baking soda | |
425 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Grandma's delicious biscuits
To prepare the Grandma's delicious biscuits recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eggs and sugar whisked. The half-melted, but stirred therein cold fat. Wheat flour, baking soda and gently stir in cardamom and eventually the cold milk or cream. The dough is kneaded together and rolled out to a thick pancake of approx. 2 cm. With a small form on the udstikkerform in this way to small buns, which all will be equal.
Bake at 250 degrees C in 6-7 minutes.
Carefully saw through and toasting bread-crumbs with the cut surface upward at 175 degrees C until golden.
