Ingredients for Good spelt muffins
2 | dl | Wheat grain |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | tsp | Salt |
2 | tsp | Sugar |
2 | dl | Water for cooking |
25 | g | Yeast |
250 | g | Spelt flour |
3 | dl | Water tempered |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Good spelt muffins
To prepare the Good spelt muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the wheat kernels in 2 cups water for 2 min and then stand and let them cool for about 15 minutes, stir the yeast into the warm water and salt, sugar, oil and cooked wheat grains added. Mix well. Add the spelt flour, and most of the wheat flour. Knead the dough so it just drop the table and your fingers. Add if necessary. a little more flour. The dough should be a little bit sticky. Raises the 30 min. Dough is shaped into buns on baking paper on a baking sheet and after raising 30 min. brush with water and sprinkled with a little flour, spelt as garnish. Bake about 20 minutes in the preheated oven at 200 degrees c.
