Instructions for Fruit filled melon with almond cream
To prepare the Fruit filled melon with almond cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the melon and cut a lid of a piece down. Scrape the seeds out and ditch most of the flesh out with a spoon. Cut the flesh into cubes, put it in a bowl and sprinkle with a little sugar. Peel the apples and pears, share them in both. Remove the seed cell. Cut the fruit into cubes and put them in the bowl. Sprinkle with a little sugar. Rinse currants, rib them and add to the bowl. Rinse the grapes, share them and remove the cores. Got them in the dish and sprinkle with a little sugar. Mix gently. Cut a thin slice from the bottom of melon, so it stands firmly. Place on a platter and fill the melon with frugtsalaten. Garnish with currant bunches. Whip the cream stiff but not tough, and season to taste with vanilla sugar. Grate coarsely and mix it in cream marcipanen foam. Serve melon with almond cream beside it.
