1pkgFrozen spinach in whole leaf (250 g)
2dlSour cream 18%
20-25gButter or margarine
2-3cloveGarlic or 1 tablespoon. grated horseradish
4Salmon chops (á approx. 175 g)

Instructions for Fried salmon with garlic sauce

To prepare the Fried salmon with garlic sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Wipe the salmon slices and raise them in half of the fat, approx. 3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with spices.

Thaw and warm spinach in a pan in the rest of the fat. Season with spices. Stir the cream fry with the squeezed garlic sauce. Season with some salt and pepper.

Serve the fried salmon on spinach bottom with garlic sauce and possibly baked potato. If you do not like garlic, you can use grated horseradish in the sauce.
