Instructions for Fried Curry Chicken with coconut
To prepare the Fried Curry Chicken with coconut recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lemon juice, grated ginger, turmeric, curry powder, chili powder, oil and desiccated coconut is stirred together. Clean and rinse the chicken well inside with cold water. Cut the chicken into pieces and put pieces of meat 6-8 in marinade. Let them soak for 1 hour (while there may be seen tips match). Pieces of meat are taken up and blot dry with a paper towel. Brown the pieces of meat with curry, turn down the heat, sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of wheat flour in and then add the marinade and broth.
