To prepare the Fresh summer salad with curry dressing recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the cabbage into small flower bouquets. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Thaw the peas. Stir in mayonnaise, milk/water, curry powder and salt together. Mix it with the vegetables. Made cold for about ½ hour before serving.
