125gCold butter

Instructions for French waffles (eagles)

To prepare the French waffles (eagles) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dough:
Cut the butter into smaller pieces and crumble it in the flour. Gather the dough quickly. Place it covered in the refrigerator for at least ½ hour. Roll out the dough on a mashed table for an approx. ½ cm thick dough plate. Cut the cakes with a dough stick (about 4½ cm in diameter). Gather the excess dough and repeat the slice until there are approx. 32 cakes. Place the cakes with the surface down on the sugar-baked baking paper. Roll the cakes lightly with a cake roll to make oval waffles. Place them with the sugar side up on a plate of baking paper. Bake the waffles in the middle of the oven. Let them cool off.

Baking time: Approx. 8 min. At 200 degrees

Cream:
Add cream and pistachio powder to a bowl and whisk the mixture for about 3 minutes. To an airy cream.

When serving: Put the cakes together with the cream.
