Instructions for French casserole
To prepare the French casserole recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the onions, chop the bulbs on a pan with butter until they have a light brown surface, then remove them from the heat.
Rivet bitten by garlic.
Chop the bacon in tern or small strips, wrap them until they turn brown, then remove them from the heat.
Rub the calf strips with peppers until they are covered, then wrap them in a saucepan, be careful, paprika burns easily. When all the meat is browned add approx. 2/3 of the cream, onion, garlic and bacon. Carefully stir it until the casserole has a light brown / orange color. Then simmer for 30-60 min.
When finished simmer pour cream until it has a matching thickness. Taste the right to with salt.
Served with spaghetti, rice or mashed potatoes.
