1Strøgen tbsp. Salt
1tbspSugar
2.5dlLukewarm water
20gYeast
4dlLukewarm milk (or buttermilk)
4tbspButter
900-1000gWheat flour

Instructions for Flowerpot bread

To prepare the Flowerpot bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour the liquid in a bagefad. Dissolve yeast and sugar in it. Now add so much flour that you get a very sweet-dough-like thin ymer. Let this dough stand and ferment lactose or approximately 1-2 hours, covered with a damp cloth.
