To prepare the Fish dish with spinach (Mørksej) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Spread the spinach at the bottom of a greased, refractory dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. If you use frozen spinach, it must be thawed first and the pressurized tissue should be worn. If you use fresh spinach you should calculate 800-1000 g of spinach and it should be blanched first.
Cut the fish into pieces and place these on top of the spinach. Sprinkle again with salt and pepper. Cut the tomatoes into slices, put them on top of the fish, sprinkle with oregano and pour the corn sauce over. Dry if necessary. Little rasp on top.
The dish is baked in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees C. Alm. Oven for approx. 40 minutes.
Server fish dish with potatoes or pasta and a green salad.
