500 | g | Fettucine |
500 | g | Zucchini, grated |
60 | g | Butter |
75 | g | Parmesan, freshly grated |
Instructions for Fettucine with squash
To prepare the Fettucine with squash recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook the pasta in a pot of plenty of water until it is just tender. Drip and come back to the pot.
While the pasta boils, heat the butter in a thickened pot. The whistle is sautéed here 1 min. Add the cracked squash and simmer for 1-2 minutes until it is soft.
Pour the squash and parmesan to the freshly cooked pasta in the pot and turn thoroughly.
Sprinkled basil leaves: The oil is heated in a saucepan, and 2-3 broths are poured into a broth until they are crispy. Pick up with a fork and gradually drain on the kitchen roll. Spread the pasta into hot plates and top with the crispy basil leaves.
Server immediately.
