100 | g | Walnut kernels |
12 | dl | Wheat flour |
4 | dl | Grahams |
5 | dl | Milk |
50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Fast walnut bread
To prepare the Fast walnut bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is crumbled in a large bowl. Butter melt and milk add so the liquid is 37 degrees c. Pour the liquid over the yeast and stir it out. Add honey, salt, coarse walnut kernels and grahamsmel. Add most of the wheat flour and knead the dough smoothly. Let it raise up to approx. 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 pieces and form them into round bread. Let the loaves raise in a floured basket or on a baking sheet approx. 30 minutes.
Carefully pour the loaves out of the baskets and over to the baking sheet and baking the bread at the bottom of the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 35 minutes.
Let them cool to a baker.
