Instructions for Egg Stand

To prepare the Egg Stand recipe, please follow these instructions:

Eggs and milk are whipped together (so it does not differ).

Grease a mold and pour the egg mixture through a sieve in it, cover with alufolie.

Let the mixture stiffen in a water bath at 125 degrees Celsius. Oven for approx. 2 hours.

Cool the egg slightly before turning it out.
