1Large handful hazelnuts
1Usprøjtet Orange
2tspVanilla sugar
400gDark chocolate 70%
7dlWhipped cream

Instructions for Easy chocolate mousse II

To prepare the Easy chocolate mousse II recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip the cream together with vanilla sugar for a light foam.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and add fried orange peel.
Chop hazelnuts.

Pour the chocolate into a cold bowl and turn 1/4 of the foam in. Then turn the rest of the foam and the chopped nuts in.

Put the mousse in glass and simmer for a few hours before serving.

tips:
If you have some extra melted chocolate you can make it out of it. Take a piece of baking paper and make 'grits' of chocolate. You can also put a small stick of chocolate on the baking paper and drive it out with a spoon for small 'chocolate buyers'. Put your decoration in the freezer and remove it at the time of serving.
