To prepare the Duck breast à la crème recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bacon cut into 1 cm pieces. The cherry tomatoes cut into quarters. Karljohan mushrooms picked in small pieces.
Duck breasts by scratches in the skin. Duck breasts fried on pan and kept warm in the oven.
Bacon strips fried crisp on the forehead in duck fat. Add the mushrooms and fry slightly with Karljohan, then add the tomatoes, cream and leaves of the thyme stems. It boils down to a suitable consistency, season with salt and peper.
Duck breasts cut into thin slices, served on a plate with the sauce and roast potatoes.
