Lime both for garnish
Plenty of oil for frying
1stemLemon grass fintsnittet
1tbspGalanga finely chopped
1tbspCoriander leaves chopped
2Eggs
2tspGarlic finely chopped
2tspCorn flour
2-3tspSambal oelek
250gReady-mixed fishing father's roughly chopped
250gTiger prawns in shell-other shrimp can also be used
3tbspFish sauce
