150gMargarine (fixed)
2dlWheat flour
2dlSugar
200gBlueberries (preferably frozen)
3tbspVanilla sugar
4dlOatmeal
5dlSour cream 9%
5Large cooking apples

Instructions for Crumblecake with apple / blueberries

To prepare the Crumblecake with apple / blueberries recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the apples into the tern slightly larger than the blueberries and mix both in a refractory dish approx. 22x18 cm.

Mix flour, sugar, oatmeal and add the margarine cut into smaller pieces. The mixture is kneaded with your fingers until it becomes a dough that can be gathered but crumbles again. The crumb cake is spread over the fruit mixture.

Bake at 200 degrees hot air or 220 degrees alm. Oven for 30-35 or to the surface is golden brown and the juice from the fruit bubbles through the surface.

Serve hot with creme fraiche stirred with vanilla sugar.

tips:
For a more Christmas-like version, you can use 2 extra apples instead of blueberries and add 2 tsp. Cinnamon to the crumb and serve it with freshly whipped cream.
