Ingredients for Crab-prepared salmon

1 | canned | Crab meat |
1 | kg | Salmon fillet |
1 | Onion | |
1 | handful | Shrimp |
1 | Red bell pepper | |
2 | tbsp | Minced parsley |
2 | tbsp | Parsley |
3 | dl | Fish broth |
3 | cl | Oil |
50 | g | Breadcrumbs |
Instructions for Crab-prepared salmon
To prepare the Crab-prepared salmon recipe, please follow these instructions:
An onion is chopped finely and sautéed in a pan of oil with chopped peppers, chopped parsley and estragon. Rasp and crab meat add and turn well together.
The peas are distributed between the 2 salmon fillets and put in a greased refractory dish. Come fishing fish on. Bake the fish at 200 degrees C for approx. 20 min. Pour the water from the fish.
Chopped parsley and shrimp are sprinkled on top of the trout fillets before serving.
Served with puffed potatoes and hollandaise sauce.
