120 | g | Roughly chopped dark chocolate |
120 | g | Cane sugar |
150 | g | Sifted wheat flour |
75 | g | Oatmeal |
Instructions for Cookies with 2 kinds of chocolate
To prepare the Cookies with 2 kinds of chocolate recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip or stir butter and cane sugar in a light and airy manner. Whip egg and vanilla sugar in. Place the flour over and turn it into a spoon. Chop the two kinds of chocolate and turn them into the dough with oatmeal. Make sure everything is well mixed. Put the dough on a plate of baking paper. Use two spoons and set the spikes at a good distance. They may look uneven and topped out.
Bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes until they are puffy and pierced. Cool on baker.
