To prepare the Coconut nests recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turn on the oven at 180 degrees (C). stir butter and sugar creamy and add the eggs and vanilla. Mix flour, baking soda and salt and stir it into the batter. Form it into 10 large balls. Roll them in desiccated coconut and put them on baking sheets with baking paper. Make an indentation in each and behind those golden in the oven, about 12 minutes. Let the cakes cool on a rack. Decorate with icing and slikæg.
