Instructions for Ciabatta Bread

To prepare the Ciabatta Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water. Add salt.

Add the flour gradually while stirring. Even when all the flour has been put into the dough, it is very sticky. It's alright. The dough must be stirred so much that it is even

The dough should preferably rise for 12 hours in a refrigerator. You may, however, allow it to rise for less time, but it should at least rise for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

When the dough is finished, we have to put it on a baking sheet coated with baking paper. The dough must be divided into 2 loaves. It may be a bit difficult because the dough is very sticky, but the longer it has been in the refrigerator, the easier it becomes. The 2 loaves are about Be 10 x 25 cm. every. Dry if necessary. A little flour over the bread once you have spread them on the baking sheet.

The oven must be heated to 300 degrees Celsius. Oven (or as close to 300 degrees as your oven can come). Here the bread must be baked for 8 minutes and then screw down to 200 degrees where the bread will last for another 15 minutes.

Take the bread out and let it cool a little before you start eating it, even if it is difficult. When you have taken out the bread, you can hear if it's done by tapping it under the bottom. The bread should sound hollow

It is a delicious and very low fat bread. It should probably take a while, but it is definitely worth it.
